1. Services

Timeless Grafiatto provides decorative wall finishing services including but not limited to: decorative finishes, textured designs, interior wall art, custom graffito, and wall renovation. All services are subject to availability and a signed agreement.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on wall size, design complexity, material selection, and site conditions. A deposit is required before work begins.

3. Project Timelines

We provide estimated timelines during the consultation phase. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances including weather, material availability, or access restrictions.

4. Warranty

All our finishes come with a quality guarantee. Minor variations in texture and colour are inherent to handcrafted work and are not considered defects. We offer free touch-ups for any workmanship issues within the warranty period.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the project site, ensuring the area is clear of furniture and personal items, and approving designs before execution begins.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations made after design approval may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover design and material costs already incurred.
